Summer Skies are a festival-style 3-piece who use guitar, drums and double bass to bring some of your favourite modern folk hits to life with foot-stomping, summery energy.
As well as uplifting acoustic anthems from Mumford & Sons and The Lumineers, Summer Skies perform folk-flavoured covers of everyone's favourite hits from greats such as Fleetwood Mac, AC/DC, Abba, and Taylor Swift. There's something to keep everyone in the sunshine atmosphere.
The band is based in West Sussex, and have absorbed their region's feel for green pastures and folky vibes, pouring it into every performance, guaranteeing a dance floor full of guests all night long. Between them, Summer Skies have over 30 years of performance experience to their name and have toured as individuals with the likes of Peter Andre and Girls Aloud.
Summer Skies' high energy line-up features male lead vocals, backing vocals, bass and drums to provide balanced sound and constant fun. They provide a playlist DJ service between sets to keep the party going and fully PAT tested lighting and PA equipment. The band are more than happy to learn a first dance or special request.
Summer Skies offer optional solo or duo daytime acoustic sets, allowing them to cover all aspects of your event. Also available is the option for an early arrival if you want to kick things of little early, as well as 1:00 am finish if you're expecting to still be on your feet into the morning.
