    The Lightmen
    Biography:

    The Lightmen are an exciting trio of acoustic musicians who deliver a folk-inspired festival of sunny songs that'll have guests of all ages flocking to the dance floor!

    This charming and charismatic band specialise in taking popular songs and giving them a unique, folk-themed feel which is sure to get any crowd going. Using an acoustic guitar, double bass, drum kit and stunning three-part harmonies, The Lightmen produce a rich, full sound that rivals much larger bands.

    A wide variety of material is available to suit any occasion and setting. Covering many decades, including the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s, The Lightmen perform the biggest floor-filling hits from artists such as Michael Jackson, George Michael, Stevie Wonder and more. They also bring an audience through the 00s to the most up-to-date chart-toppers from acts like Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Mumford and Sons and many others.

    The Lightmen are experienced and fully-trained musicians with music degrees from top universities. Between them, these incredible musicians have performed across the UK and abroad in Spain for many high-end events to thousands of people, in venues such as Birmingham Symphony Hall, the LG Arena and Benidorm Palace.

    Their main show of either 2x60 or 3x40 minute sets will begin in their signature folky acoustic style, with acoustic instruments, before switching to electric guitar and bass later in the evening to elevate the party to the next level! A manned DJ service is also provided as standard and will be played between sets, with unlimited track requests (made in advance) and a member of the band on-hand to take requests on the night. The Lightmen also offer an additional chilled lounge set if you want some relaxed background music for your event.

    A high-quality PA system and lighting rig will be provided by the band to give you the authentic live music experience at your event, and the guys will happily learn and perform your first dance or special request as standard.
