    Operations Director

I'm Steven, and I'm the Operations Director here at Entertainment Nation. I spread the word about the top talent available through Entertainment Nation and the amazing work done by our advisers, who make booking bands such a painless process.

Outside of work? This is like the bit on your CV where you say you like "reading, exercise and socialising with friends". I like reading, exercise and socialising with friends. Also, I attempt to play the guitar and spend far too much time shepherding cats out of the kitchen when they know they're not supposed to go in the kitchen.

    DJ Spatchcock
    Your Favourite Music Genre:
    Indie / Rock / Ambient

Your Most Memorable Live Music Experience:
After fastidiously learning all the words to the song as a teenager, finally seeing Rapper's Delight performed live by the Sugarhill Gang (minus Hank - R.I.P. Big Bank). The show was at 2pm on a very rainy afternoon, in front of a sparse and soggy Solihull crowd - not exactly how I imagined the moment - but the energy the guys put into the performance meant it was a life's ambition fulfilled.

Looking back now, it was a very surreal experience. Another moment, was went I went to see Eminem perform and he brought out Dr. Dre - that was pretty cool.

"My husband and I wanted a band that would have everybody up and dancing whilst providing a varied and exciting repertoire - and that's exactly what Foxland delivered! We were really impressed with their professionalism and how they ensured that everything went off without a hitch! Everything was seamless! I would thoroughly recommend Foxland as the go to band for any event that requires excitement, vibrancy and will have people off their seats! Well done guys!"

"We were so incredibly pleased with the Dance Floor Fillers and Entertainment Nation. EN made it so easy to find entertainment for our wedding, not only was the website easy to navigate but all communication with Izzy was fast and easy. She was great to work with! The band themselves communicated with us before the wedding asking us all sorts of questions about song choices so that their sets were personal to us. I can't express enough how amazing this band is! Not only did they learn our first dance song for us but they kept the dance floor packed the entire night. We had the best evening and the Dancefloor Fillers were a major part of that. Highly recommend Entertainment Nation and Dancefloor Fillers. One million stars!"
Kathleen and Andrew - Wedding - Northumberland
"From the day we started planning our wedding, music was always going to be a huge thing and we were totally set on having a band. We looked on Entertainment Nation and saw The Rhythm Detectives. The type of music they played was right up our street so we booked them straight away. Everyone at Entertainment Nation was so helpful, providing us with everything I needed and consistently replying to me in really quick time no matter what time I emailed. It was great to speak to a member of the band before the big day so that we could make specific requests for certain songs. They created a perfect set list based on our requests and it was perfect. So many people came up to us after the gig on the day and said how great they were. They really made the night and their performance was perfect. The fact they were a great bunch of lads who were a pleasure to have at our wedding was the added bonus. Would recommend to anyone!"
Joe and Imogen - Wedding - Northamptonshire
"Myself and my new husband Daniel would like to express our thanks to Wildcard and Entertainment Nation. The whole process has been so smooth from watching the high quality promo videos, to booking our band and working with them to create our ideal playlist and timings. Entertainment Nation were extremely helpful throughout and were always available to help and answer any questions I had. Wildcard are absolutely incredible. They are extremely talented musicians and our guests absolutely loved them! They were friendly and looked great! I would recommend them to anyone looking to host a great party perfectly catered to you and your guests! I give them 5/5 without question."

"Skyknights were absolutely incredible! They chose some great songs and adapted to how the crowd were reacting, very talented musicians with a professional approach. Skyknights were extremely kind to learn our first dance song in a matter of weeks and we couldn't have hoped for a better version! Booking through Entertainment Nation was straight forward and the customer service was good, responsive and helpful."

"We had a great experience working with this band and they were perfect for our Wedding! The band were easy to communicate with and helpful in all our enquiries. The band learnt a specific song for our first dance which made it extra special for us (thank you!). The sound set up on the day was of high quality and awesome musicianship evident throughout the set. Alongside this the band were great company and fitted in well with our Wedding guests. Highly Recommend! Many Thanks, Alexandra and Will "
