Relive the days when albums came on CDs (and, briefly, minidiscs), when Britannia was cool, and when girl bands, boy bands and Brit Pop dominated the charts with a performance from thrilling throwback three-piece Dawson.

This trio of talented musicians came together through their shared love of the upbeat music of the nineties and early noughties. They definitely lean toward guitar-driven indie, rock and pop-punk from the likes of Green Day, Stereophonics, The Strokes, White Stripes, Sum 41, Blink 182, Jimmy Eat World, Nirvana and Foo Fighters, but they're not afraid to throw in a few of the era's infectious pop classics from artists like Ricky Martin, Backstreet Boys and The Rembrandts; an audacious mix that's certain to get your nostalgia senses tingling! Rounding out their repertoire with pacy covers of 50s and 60s rock n roll classics for vintage lovers and up-to-the-minute modern chart hits for the youngsters (and young at heart), Dawson are the complete function band, with the ability to transform any event into a joyful, non-stop party.

These guys thrive off the energy and fun of a live performance and want you and your guests to have as good a time on the dance floor as they do on stage. Fronted by a powerful male vocalist who's also pretty handy on the guitar and backed by ultra-tight bass and drums, Dawson are a trio with a big sound. Listen out for the rolling drum fills, melodic ska-inspired basslines and gurn-inducing guitar solos that blend to help Dawson's covers of 90s and 00s favourites sound as good as the original recordings.

Dawson bring along everything they need to give and your guests a proper live concert experience, including professional PA and lighting, and a laptop playlist DJ service to maintain the party mood. They'll also perform your first dance or a special request live at your event. You even have the option of adding an additional guitarist to make up a 4-piece band.

"Dawson - WOW! So much energy and love for what they do. So fantastically brilliant and they sound so amazing! Myself and my partner have very similar music tastes and Dawson literally covered it all. My favourite 90s hits, through to more modern songs that everyone knows. It was such a fun night and I can honestly say, our day wouldn't have been half as amazing without them. Thanks so much to Entertainment Nation and Dawson for making our dream day feel like a dream!!!"
Isobel and Wayne - Wedding - Kent
"Our 90s themed party for our joint birthday went down so well and it's all down to Dawson. They had us all dancing from the very start and we just couldn't sit down, too many great song on their set list!!! We can't thank you enough for making our party the best of the century (slightly biased). We'd recommend them to everyone!"
Lisa and Rob - Party - London
"Nothing more to say other than fantastic, excellent and fun! Such amazing guys who are really talented musicians. It was a no brainer when we were planning the wedding that we wanted a band that did our favourite 90s and 00s songs, as well as a good mix of everything else, and we are so glad we went with Dawson. Ticked every box! Now we just need one of our friends to book for their wedding so we can see them again!"
Joanne and Harry - Wedding - Oxford
"Dawson pretty much made our reception! We can't overstate how much fun they were and how much our guests loved them. They chose perfect songs for our crowd, made everyone laugh, chatted and interacted with our guests, and really just came across like they were having a great time! Everyone was up and dancing the whole time they played, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how much fun they were. They were also super laid-back guys who really made us laugh when we had a chat with them, and they were incredibly relaxed about playing a bit later than expected when the reception was running over.Arranging things with them in the run-up to the day was easy and stressfree too.We really couldn't have chosen a better group to play our wedding and just hope to see them play again sometime! Definitely a solid 5/5.We'd rate them higher if we could! Thanks so much EN for getting them booked in for us. You guys were great to deal with too & we really appreciate how stress-free and professional the whole process was"
Dave & Shev - Wedding - West Midlands

Sam - Party - Nottinghamshire
"We hired Dawson to perform at our wedding. They were absolutely fantastic, my partner had never seen a band at a wedding before and she couldn't believe how good they were and how busy the dance floor was all evening. The band were really friendly, full of energy, kept the guests dancing - absolutely perfect! I must also mention that communication with the band's manager was top notch too! Thank you all again, you really made our wedding! Ps- thank you very much also for playing 'Read my mind' for the first dance, sounded absolutely quality!! They were Dawson and they were awesome!"
Robert - Wedding
