The Porters are a talented trio of exquisite vocalists who've worked together for over five years. Each member of the act is highly experienced and incredibly versatile artist in their own right; when they come together, The Porters put on the ultimate Gatsby-style live show.
Serving up a decadent cocktail of postmodern pop and the finest swing and jazz, The Porters are guaranteed to get your dance floor full of dapper dancers and jubilant jivers. Taking inspiration from the golden age of swing, The Porters deliver jazzy reimaginings of huge hits by Justin Beiber, Taylor Swift, Adele, Rihanna and many more.
The Porters are accompanied by pre-recorded backing tracks as standard, but you have the option to hire a jazz band to perform alongside the vocal trio. Featuring experienced session musicians who've worked with the likes of Beverley Knight, Joss Stone and Olly Murs, the full band produce that authentic vintage sound using piano, drums and double bass. As well as the option to hire the vocal trio plus 3-piece band, you can choose to hire the 3-piece jazz band with one or two vocalists.
On the day of your event, The Porters supply all the equipment necessary to put on a spectacular show, including professional PA and lighting. The band are happy to learn a swinging interpretation of your first dance and provide a playlist DJ service as standard.
