    Biography:

    The Ideal are a 4-piece, Surrey-based wedding band who play all your favourite rock, pop, dance and funk, as well as nostalgic classics to get kids of the 80s and 90s into the party mood!

    These talented and passionate musicians put everything into every performance, delivering the energy you need to fill up the dance floor! Every song they perform is laced with The Ideal's signature funky style - just try resisting the urge to sing along when they belt out their renditions of legendary songs like "Take on Me" by A-ha!

    Experienced and highly trained, the band members are living their vocation: they've been performing as a unit since 2016 and are all alumni of The Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford.

    The Ideal are totally self contained and bring PA and lighting to set up at your venue. They'll provide a playlist DJ service while they're not on stage to keep you entertained, and are here to make your night extra special by learning your first dance and a special request as standard in their booking fee. Looking for a bigger sound to fill out the night? The band also come as a sumptuous 6-piece, with trumpet and sax for some brassy bliss.
