I can only describe it best as how one of my guests put it at the end of the night, he said "that was insane, it was like you had a full on concert at your wedding!". They were amazing - they played 2 x 1 hour sets, the first set being a mixture of older and new songs, that really filled the floor with young and old. The second set was pure energy, leaving all of my groomsmen now wanting to learn to play the bongos! I can't fault these guys, and we didn't want the night to end. "Perfection - made a special day truly unforgettable. States Of Mind were amazing and we really couldn't have asked for a better experience. When Covid put the brakes on our initial wedding date they helped to soften the blow by rolling the booking over to our rescheduled date without any fuss. The communication in the run up to the event was excellent including informing us of a slight change to their set up (although we wouldn't have noticed as the quality was still incredible). We went with the first dance request option and it was so much fun being able to do our dance to a live band - it really helped us to forget about the fact that everyone was watching us and just enjoy the dance! As the evening went on they managed to get everybody on the dance floor (even our parents) and the look on our friends faces when the dance medleys came out was priceless. "Stop reading reviews and book States Of Mind before someone else does - they just blew the doors off our wedding!! The whole day was amazing, but if I could bottle the feeling of every single guest (from 13 to 65) bouncing on the dance floor to Sandstorm and just live it on loop, I'd be happy forever. The wedding was better when States Of Mind were playing!! The guys were so nice, and flexible when our day overran and pushed their start back - couldn't have been more assuring and calming. They threw in a special gift for me and let my brother perform on stage with them. They played something for everyone, but kept it cooler and edgier than most wedding bands I've seen. And then when they really opened up towards the end...forget about it, it's all anyone's talking to me about afterwards!! Book them, just book them. "Well what can I say other than these 4 simple words - best wedding band ever! States Of Mind were absolutely fantastic and helped end a perfect day on a massive high. The guys are all super nice and are really talented musicians - the solos were awesome and having the guys join us on the dance floor for some of them really added to the fun - my 7 year old niece is now a rock star in the making as a result. The mix of music was perfect - something for everyone and the last 20 minutes, just awesome, nearly blew the roof of the marquee off! We were all really sad when it had to come to an end, and everyone I've seen since has been talking about how amazing the band was and what a brilliant end to the day they created.
