About Our Sets
ABOUT ONE NATION'S SET LISTS

1) Songs from the ‘A’ repertoire are performed by the band very regularly, they are arranged to sound extra special live and are often performed with segues so that the set flows from one song to another without much ‘deadspace’. We monitor our repertoire very closely and if it doesn’t get the dancefloor going then it is quickly demoted.

2) Songs from the ‘B’ repertoire are back catalogue and exist as spares. We have these in case a client particularly wants a song that is special to them played at their event. A lot of these songs either don’t work as well live as they sound on the original, don’t get the crowd going, or they simply don’t suit the sound we like to bring to the masses!
Our recommended set list breakdown is 2 x 1 hour sets with a 30-minute break between. This gives us a chance to put an arc to each set. You also don’t want too much of a lull between the sets.

*Please note that whilst the entire back catalogue is in the band’s repertoire, our ‘A’ Repertoire is performed much more regularly than others and therefore advance notice should therefore be given for specific requests. We’d also ask that any requests from the back catalogue are limited as too many can hinder the quality of the set.

We use our vast experience in events to tailor our set lists to our clientele, so whilst we welcome your input on set lists, we promise you’ll be better off trusting us to do what we do best!
