Caledonian Bagpipes is a highly experienced and superbly talented bagpiper. Originally from Glasgow, this stunning solo musician plays traditional Scottish and Irish folk music with incredible skill (as well as some more recent pop and movie theme covers!).
Caledonian Bagpipes started playing the pipes at just 11 years old, and has 30 years of continuous experience playing to a professional standard with bands across Scotland and England. As a solo musician, he's performed at all manner of events, and plays a repertoire that stretches from "Scotland the Brave" to the theme from Braveheart, to "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)" by the Proclaimers, Avicii's "Wake Me Up" and many more contemporary and traditional pieces!
Caledonian Bagpipes needs no PA or electrical requirements - he'll play totally acoustically at your venue. He's happy to accommodate requests and offers full "day-dress" uniform with kilt and tartans in Grant (red), MacBeth (blue) and the legendary Black Watch colours of dark green and blue.
